Is my house in the work area?

We are based in Gwinnett County, but we’ve worked all around North Georgia, from historic neighborhoods in Atlanta to mountain homes in Ellijay.

What should I budget for my project?

Each project is different and our quotes will vary based on each job scope.

As an example, customers will spend, on average, $10,000 on a small bathroom renovation and $35,000 on a large bathroom. For basement finishing, customers usually pay $45-$65 per square foot.

Will the work be under warranty?

Yes, we will ensure the quality of our work is up to the customer’s standards.

Can we update or add to the project as it’s underway?

We have some of the most skilled people in the business. Most of us started out as handymen so please feel free to ask about anything from hanging pictures, painting, or even that squeaky door that has bothered you for years.

Can I save money by doing some of the work myself?

Yes, if you feel comfortable doing some of the work (e.g. painting), that’s ok. However, that work would not fall under our work warranty.
